Residential building — Avraham Keren 11, Kfar Saba

Refreshed facade and happy residents

The old facade had started to deteriorate: the upper part of the wall, where the roof meets the apartment ceiling, was literally crumbling. It’s a known weak point — and here the old concrete began to fall apart. The residents noticed the problem in time and decided to renovate the building, especially since neighboring buildings had already been updated.

What we did:

• Removed the damaged sections
• Thoroughly cleaned and prepared the surface
• Applied a leveling layer (tiach)
• Finished with shlicht
• Painted the facade

Challenges:

Access to the facade was limited — trees were in the way, but we managed.
During the work, it turned out that we were short on paint. We ordered an extra bucket, but the store didn’t mix the shade well, and by the afternoon the color difference was slightly noticeable. Even though it was the same color, we decided to repaint at our own expense to make sure everything looked perfect.

The result:

The work was completed ahead of schedule, the facade now looks neat and modern. The residents are happy with the result and are already recommending us to their friends.
