We are AlefGale, a Russian-American team that doesn’t talk, but actually does the job. We are engaged in facade repairs, industrial mountaineering and any work at altitude. We don’t sit in the office looking at reports — we are on site, on top, with tools in our hands.

A little bit about us:
Eyal and Elmira met not at a construction site, but… on Tinder. Yes, that’s how business starts too. Soon after the wedding, they realized that they were connected not only by life, but also by a passion for working at heights. After a year of working together, they took on a major project and assembled a team where everyone knows what to do and why it’s important.
Our uniqueness:
• We are not intermediaries. Each of us is a professional with experience who goes to the facility himself.
• The Russian-American approach. Siberian training and American pragmatism create the perfect combination: fast, reliable, without unnecessary words.
