Ashkelon College — Peeling Wall Due to Use of Gypsum Plaster
Step-by-step restoration using the proper technology

We carried out targeted repairs, carefully following each stage to ensure a result that’s not only aesthetic — but also long-lasting.

What we did:
• Opened the damaged section of the wall
• Removed the gypsum plaster using a hammer drill
• Replaced it with water-resistant cement-based plaster
• Allowed the material to set properly
• Applied primer and let it dry completely
• Finished with a shlicht layer

The result:
The facade was restored using exterior-grade, certified materials. The work was done with precision and professionalism — just as it should be for an educational institution.
