Hotel Facade in Eilat — Full Restoration After Damage

The building’s facade had begun to deteriorate: constant sea breeze, strong winds, and intense sun had taken their toll.
Cracks appeared in the walls, and water began seeping in — it became clear that a full facade renovation was needed.

The work was scheduled for winter — fewer tourists and better conditions for outdoor work (Eilat summers reach over 40°C!).

🔧 What we did:
• Removed all cracked and crumbling sections
• Treated rusted rebar with Monotop
• Replaced delaminated concrete with a specialized repair mix
• Applied cement plaster where only the outer layer was damaged
• Followed strict concrete curing procedures — including water curing, as required
• Applied a leveling plaster layer after drying
• Followed with exterior filler for a smooth finish and sanding using a giraffe tool
• Final step: primer and topcoat paint layers

The job was challenging: tight access, climbing gear, and heights. We combined ladders and rope access, installing anchor points directly on the facade.

The result:
A brand-new facade — smooth, strong, and crack-free.
We received warm thanks — and at the end, were treated to cake 😊
