Services
Every building needs its own solution — mosaic, plaster, stone, shlicht, paint. We match the materials to the problem and the facade.
Rope access, lifts and scaffolding. We work where the ground cannot reach — without closing the street for weeks.
We do not plaster over cracks: we remove loose concrete, clean and protect the rebar, rebuild, plaster and paint.
We fix the defects listed in the municipal order under an engineer’s supervision and see it through until the order is removed.

How we work
Transparent at every stage. We take the final payment only after the order is removed — not when the work ends.
You send us the address and photos of the building on WhatsApp. We meet to understand your needs and constraints.
We prepare a detailed proposal with every stage of the work, clearly laid out. The residents’ committee decides and we sign.
We fix the defects and handle the organisation — approvals with the municipality and the engineer — to save you time and nerves.
The facade is restored and the site cleared. If there was an order, an external engineer inspects the work and lifts it with a city representative.

We are AlefGale, an established and experienced team. Facade repair, rope access, any work at height. You will not find us in an office reading reports — we are on site, at height, with the tools in our hands.
We are a registered contractor on the Israeli Contractors Register, fully insured, and our site managers are certified rope-access and work-at-height managers. Everyone on the team knows what to do — and why it matters.
We do not pass work to subcontractors, so there is no gap between what was promised and what is done.
